- At symbolize Designs we hope you would fall in love with your order, but we do understand that some people aren’t fully happy with their product and that’s okay, our goal is to make all of our customers satisfied.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to notify us within 2 hours from placing your order. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to cancel orders made after the 2 hour period.
- We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Product must be in same condition as when you received it.
- Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of their return.
- If product arrives damaged please send us a picture of the issue and we might be able to remake your product for you. Customer is responsible for sending back the original damaged product to us in order to receive the new replacement. Please email us at Info@symbolizedesigns.com.
- There is a 20% customization fee that is nonrefundable to all 2D, 3D crystals, and dog tags. This fee goes to the time that is put into designing and creating your order.
